20th CBRNE Command- What We Do

20th CBRNE Command is a one-of-a-kind Department of the Army unit under U.S. Army Forces Command. The command is comprised of 75% of the Active Army’s Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Units.

The command is a highly-technical, special purpose formation of approximately 3,800 soldiers and civilians stationed across 16 States and 19 different installations and routinely operates in support of Joint, Special Operations, Interagency and International organizations. The command maintains a 24/7 focus on countering the range of CBRN and EOD hazards at home and abroad.
